I have a caller that I will name “E” for the purposes of this post. We’ve been doing calls for a while and he is rather quiet but always comes up with a delicious fantasy for me that he sends by email. After I read it, we act it out, and I run the show. In case you are curious … business is booming like crazy! It’s been so busy the last month that my voice is even getting rusty at the end of my nights! I kid you not … we have had a 38% increase in business and last Monday we have the busiest day of the year thus far. I actually never got to eat lunch or dinner that day with all the calls. Not a good thing since I felt a little crummy the next day, but I made a point to take good care of myself.
